Get a free Enhanced Health Check for you and your family at a local community venue
Enhanced Health Checks (EHC) are a great way to keep you and your family healthy in 2024.
Taking around 30 minutes, these free checks review both your physical and mental health - allowing time to discuss any health concerns you may have.
Although they can be booked through your GP practice they’re also available at various community venues around North Kensington (see below for venues and dates).
These warm and welcoming non-clinical environments are a safe space for individuals or even the whole family to get checked. Parents can relax, knowing that their children are close by, being looked after by one of the team or happily playing with other children.
So you can be checked in on the same day, at the same venue just mention to the person you book with how many people in your family you want to get checked at your time of booking.
To book your preferred slot please choose your date, then send an email with your name, date of birth and contact number to: nhsnwl.grenfellenhancedhealth@nhs.net. The service will then make contact to arrange an appointment.
Alternatively, you can call 07768 271 733 to speak to Razna (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Enhanced Health Checks are also available at your local GP practice
