Free health checks available for you and your family this July
Enhanced Health Checks (EHC) are a great way to keep you and your family healthy in 2024 - and they’re available at different community venues around North Kensington this July.
The first session for July is being held on Tuesday morning [2 July] at The Space from 9am to 12.30pm.
These free checks are a great way to keep a check on your family's physical and mental health, as well as discuss any health concerns you may have. It is recommended that you get a health check every year.
If you want your family members to be checked out at the same time, just mention at the time of booking as there may be free slots available.
To book your slot choose your date, then send an email with your name, date of birth and contact number to: nhsnwl.grenfellenhancedhealth@nhs.net. The service will then make contact to arrange an appointment.
Alternatively, you can call 07768 271 733 to speak to Matan (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Enhanced health checks are also available at your local GP practice
